Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
